Firstly, hey. It's Kas. Hihellohey. How're you? Your day/night/morning or whatever going well? Good to hear. Mine isn't. It is currently something or another in the morning, where I should be asleep, dreaming about whatever Kas would But no INSTEAD I'm typing this thread up and complaining about how I honestly just feel like sprinting laps around my neighborhood, I'm so awake. So instead of trying to sleep or taking my sleeping pills, I'm here just, welp, typing. I'm gonna end up regretting this later, but I'm going to enjoy it for now. So If anyone is on and knows easy ways to beat insomnia, please tell me. I need it. I've lived with this for years and years but this is probably the worst it's been. I'm always so exhausted. I know it's weird to bring this up to people I hardly know, but this was the first place I could think of because, well, I honestly love this group. Just Please I need help with this. If anyone here has had or has insomnia and figured out a way to beat it, tell me. I'm only asking this because of time-zones and whatnot and how a lot of people are clock-blocked. So, with that said, sorry and... I'll see you all when I get on in a few hours. Sayonara And thanks ~An Exhausted Gay Wolf

Hey, buddy! I would ask 'hows it going', but the answer to that is pretty evident from your post. Ahem. Anyway, I know what insomnia is and how much of an affect it can have, but I myself do not suffer with it, so I wont claim to 'know how you feel'. I do, however, know a bit about sleep in general. Where ever it is you sleep (bed, car, whatever) its important that you leave it just for that. Sleeping. If you do anything on else on your bed (for example) then your brain has a harder time associating that area with sleep and so wont recognize when it should start to feel tired. For example, I get extremely tired just when laying in my bed because my brain already associates it with sleep. In a similar way, sleeping patterns are a HUGE help. Even if you have like an hour variation, just try to go to sleep at around the same time and your brain will be all 'hey, time for sleep now, get tired'. I dunno, you might know all of this and be doing this already, haha I'm pretty useless at helping Have you searched any remedies up on the internet? I was gonna do it myself but I'm on my phone currently. Hope all goes well and I'll see you soon Oh! And you'll be in my prayers, woop woop (cheerleader noises). Love ya'll, catch you later :3
